Toad for Data Analysts is a Database Management program created by Quest Software. Although the name is deceiving, this tool is very useful for Database Administrators. If an administrator is running more than one database source, it is most likely that this administrator has source specific tools. Toad Data Analysts allows you to connect to Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Access, DB2, among others with just the same tool. Now the beauty of this is that the data of each source can be joined and analyzed with the same tool. There is no need for bridging applications, you can have all the data from the source and analyze it as one. You can also make queries in each source simultaneously, which is time saving.
With Data Analysts you also have the option to view the tables graphically. If it all seems complex, do not worry, this tool has a very good tutorial. The only downside is that the freeware version lacks some configuration options. But even this version packs plenty of powers and features.
